There is a 35% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
Questionnaires, quotes, invoices, and contracts must be completed and signed within 72 hours after receiving them to ensure your session date/time.
All sessions must be confirmed at least three days prior to your session. If you do not confirm within that time frame and do not communicate with me, the session will be cancelled.
Locations should be communicated with me at least 4 days before session. If there is a change for any reason, please communicate with me at least 2 days before your session.
Additional charges may apply based on location change.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to your session.
Reschedules must be made within 72 hours prior to your session.
Communication is very important. I am willing to work with you anyway that I can but please remember this is a business and I do have other clients and sessions. My time is valuable.
